You can use joycon droid unless the game requires you to write your amiibo, then you need to use an nfc tag. Actually the only thing i can think of when using your phone as an amiibo is the joycon droid. Ill find a the how to video for you. Connect JoyCon Droid to your Nintendo Switch and enter the game where you want to use the previously loaded Amiibo.
