If you want to abuse skill cards and all that jazz on Izanagi, Magatsu-Izanagi always wins because of its inherent Null Light/Dark resistances. You won't have to use up a slot for Null/Absorb Wind, and just to touch up on all your bases, Repel/Null Light. Sent from my PC. Grind Levels (persona levels do factor into hit rate and damage) Grind Skill Cards in shuffle time or spend time.
