Toyota rav4 not starting no crank.

I have been experiencing that same problem with my 2009 "certified" used Toyota Rav4. No it doesn't happen every day, but it seems to happen at the wrong times.The Rav is cranking hard (not like battery is dying but im not sure) .. also doesnt start even with a jumper back on it... D. (Not burned out light) Issues; Symptoms =. #1 no spark (Out of plug wire) Did not check (3) coils. #2 No Engine light - On position. #3 50% sure - No Fuel (Return Line didn't do anything) #4 All (Out and in) Fusees was checked (By Two People). If it's the lithium type being used as replacements for motorcycle batteries it should be unaffected by temperature.Approx 1.5-2 months later, with zero issues, went to start and crank no start. Tried different key, same. Tried remote start, same. Sent to garage. Diagnosed fuel module (replaced with factory specific unit). Brought it home. Stalled in driveway and crank no start. Sent back to shop. They warrantied the module but still crank no start.

It provides the timing for the spark ignition and these when starting to fail will cause the symptoms described.
