I'm guessing due to the clipping into terrain it becomes inaccessible, even while using the ghost command and flying up through the ceiling to come face to face with the bag itself. Using gate frames and a couple foundations inside those gate frames with matching walls inside to give it a pillared-wall type look and spreading out your gate doors - looks 100x better, imo.
