I may have experienced a small increase in FPS by deleting the CVAR file but I think it's placebo, because in Dares of Eternity it still bogs down to the 30s when all enemies load in, but feels a little less constant. My hardware runs Halo Infinite campaign at max settings at 2k at 60FPS, so it's pretty nonsensical.
