The only issue with swapping the bolt patterns around is getting the brakes to work with it as well. I know at least one Dodge front axles that used the 6 lug pattern shared with the M715, but no live front axles with the oddball 5 lug pattern. If they do exist it would probably be an old closed knuckle axle anyway, like the 6 lug I am thinking of.
