Honda crv rattling noise when driving.

The sound is usually prominent when I'm driving over rougher roads and sometimes I am braking. The thing is, it is a relatively new car, I bought it used (2019 Honda Hrv, 18.7K miles on it) about a week ago. There is an arrow and window on the tensioner, if the arrow is close the being out of the window, the belt needs replaced.
