had this same problem, had to to through files, open windows and search %appdata% in your files, and then you should see 2 folders with r2modman in the name, I had to delete both folders then reopen it. It deleted all your mods and everything so you gotta make a new profile and re-download but I couldn't find another way to do it. Best of luck!
