Had a dealership and asked about an update and was told was ok might be my phone. iPhone 15 Pro here and I'm not having any issues at all here. I'm using the included USB C cable. Each and everyone has/had issues using BT connections consistently. In my '21 JT I use a BT dongle to replace the wire which of course adds an additional device into the mix. The '24 may be better, but don't expect too much. The all-new Uconnect 5 is more connected, helpful, content-rich and adds greater personalization, making it the most advanced Uconnect system ever. With this being a brand new radio, this, unfortunately, will not be available as a software update.
