people are providing meso making methods which is great but op is asking what to do with their first billion mesos it's kinda hard to say without seeing your gear and nodes situation but in most reg servers in GMS, nodes are cheap (1-2m ea) so maxing your boost nodes by buying nodestones is a great start to get enough mobbing damage to grind efficiently.
