A Saiyan/Viltrumite would be 99% Viltrumite leaving the Saiyan part as kind of worthless. Viltrumite's are naturally super strong and super fast with no training and ki attacks aren't exclusive to Saiyans leaving possibly only the Zenaki boost as something to contribute. And Viltrumites even have their version of that.

Sure they can get strong through their version of zenkai but they don't have super saiyan multipliers. And they don't have any legend of a super viltrumite who will be the strongest fighter in the universe. So Frieza won't have to worry about them.
