Check-in - painfully slow after a long haul flight. Rooms - large for NYC but showing their age. Bathrooms need a renovation, showers need a manual to work. Breakfast - not included, but a very good cafe downstairs. Gym - fantastic - good as a commercial gym and 24hrs.
